This will be a one day sale due to the fact that there isn't any water, so no bathroom. This sale is a picker paradise. We have the five room house with a full basement, the fish house which is also for sale, a large garage with a loft full of stuff, there is a lean too attached to the garage and a larger shed. This house is on a beautiful lake. Please do not go onto the property until I get there.

Directions from Concord: Take interstate 93 South to 101 East take the first exit goes right toward Auburn through the round about Fox is a few miles down on your right #30 This is a small dirt road so parking will be a challenge. There will be a few parking spaces in the yard after I arrive.
